The Soul Behind the Touch

Indie Soul Touch was born from the same place as my photography—presence.

For years, I’ve held space for people through storytelling, witnessing their tenderness, their becoming, and the parts of themselves they don’t always let the world see.

Bodywork felt like a natural extension of that.

I believe touch can be a doorway back to yourself.

A place where the nervous system softens.
Where the body exhales.
Where healing doesn’t have to be rushed or earned.

My approach is rooted in intentional bodywork, somatic awareness, and creating a space where you can come exactly as you are—without performance, without pressure.

This work is for the ones carrying too much.
The ones learning to slow down.
The ones ready to feel safe in their bodies again.

Here, rest is sacred.
And you are welcome in every season of yourself.

“Your body deserves gentleness, even in the places it learned survival first.”
